We took what was an outdated website with poor user experience (and not optimised for mobile) and transformed it into a clean, modern and easy to use site. Not only is it better for the user now, but the back end solution is much more manageable.
With the pandemic, they made the decision to close their offices and become a remote tutoring company so we had to adapt to suit this. We have more plans for the next phase including added a search functionality and a customer login area which will be starting later this year after reflecting on how their customers are currently navigating the site.
